Ohio Citizen Corps volunteers (including but not limited to RACES, CERT, MRC, Tri-State CART, VIP, TAP, NWP) should register with the Ohio Citizen Corps to receive civil liability protection as described in ORC Sec. 121.404. (B).   In addition to the registration requirement, you must also complete a short training course in order to receive the liability protection.  DETAILS HERE
